Our partially-furnished or unfurnished (tenant's preference), 4-bedroom, 2-bath home centrally located in North Berkeley is available for rent beginning anytime between June 15 and July 1. This ranch-style house has two front bedrooms connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom and two larger bedrooms in the back of the house. The smaller of the two back bedrooms has a private entry with a small deck. There is a small backyard and patio area, with a grill. The front of the house contains the living room and dining room, both of which have tons of nice natural light. Two off-street parking spots and washer and dryer in the basement (entrance from outside of the house). Note that while there is a detached garage, it will not be available, as the owners will be keeping storage in the garage. However, there is storage space available in the basement. The rental will come partially furnished, if desired, including any of the following items: Larger back bedroom: queen bed, desk with office chair, dresser, lamp, and night stand One of the front bedrooms: desk with office chair, dresser, and bookcase. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.) Dining room: Large dining table and chairs, bookcases Living room: Couch, TV, TV stand, end table, lamp Misc.: extra wooden desk, vacuum cleaner. If any/all of this furniture is not desired, we can remove it! Security deposit and first month's rent due at move-in. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
