Just 15 minutes walk from the UC Berkeley campus and a block away from the big Target store. You'll be close to several quaint cafes and restaurants and the fantastic Strawberry Creek Park! All utilities included in the rent (water, trash, electricity, WiFi, heat/gas). This is a summer sublet from mid-May until early August 2024 (length is flexible). Some photos do not show the new, renovated furniture as well as the brand-new washer + dryer, vanity, etc. I'm happy to get on a video call to show the cottage.
