A special opportunity has recently
presented itself for a caring, unique
Perioperative Pediatrics Educator to
help train staff for opening of new
hospital. The new hospital will be
located in the attractive Northern
California area and is adding a team
oriented, agent of change to their
Nursing Education team.
Under the guidance of the Education
Director, the NICU Manager and the
Pediatrics Manager, the Perioperative
Pediatrics Educator will work
progressively to create and implement
neonatal educational materials for
continuing education classes, work to
improve simulation training and
develop go-to guides for the NICU and
Pediatrics staff.
The innovative and ambitious
Perioperative Pediatrics Educator will
work as a resource and establish
guidelines of care as well as help to
shape policies and procedures that
improve workflow and patient care.
Job Requirements:
5 years min of clinical experience in
perioperative -i.e PEDS unit with
Neuro, Ortho, GSI, GU, OHS, HEMONC,
transplants, 8 operating rooms, plus
cardiac hybrid and iMRI ORS.
