Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with solid CNC field service work and Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls experience.
Company has a full time CNC Service Engineer position available.
The CNC Service Engineer is responsible for day to day field service including but not limited to service, installations or preventive maintenance.
Essential CNC service duties include perform field service, installations or PMs as required. Resolve customer issues and provide sales support. Represent company professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations. Take ownership of all service cases, projects, and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
A technical background is desired with a proven track record of no less than 5 years in field service a must. The ideal candidate would also have a minimum 2 year technical degree, with a working knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls a must, with Siemens a plus.
Prior experience on some of the following machine tools and disciplines preferred:
DMG/Mori-Seiki, Machine Tool Mechanics, Ball-Bar Testing, Hitachi-Seiki, Ladder Logic, Way Scraping, Tsugami, Relay Logic, Retro-fitting, Takasawa, Probe Installs, Programming
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. 5
years of field service with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls. Siemens controls experience is a plus.
2. Prior experience on the following machine tools and disciplines preferred: DMG/Mori-Seiki - Machine Tool Mechanics - Ball-Bar Testing - Hitachi-Seiki - Ladder Logic - Way Scraping - Tsugami - Relay Logic - Retro-fitting - Takasawa - Probe Installs - Programming.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
