SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to both our international distributors and specialty retailers in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating documentation requests, liaising with the regulatory team for certificate requests, and collaborating with freight forwarders and GU's warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Additionally, you will provide support to specialty retailers by processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any retailer-related issues.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position with weekly in-office work required.

Process and manage orders from international distributors and specialty retailers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process requests for necessary shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists and collaborate with the regulatory team for any health and regulatory certificates.
Work with freight forwarders to arrange transportation and monitor shipment progress, ensuring on-time delivery.
Maintain open lines of communication with international distributors, providing updates on order status, shipping details, and resolving any potential issues or delays.
Assist specialty retailers in the United States by processing orders via email and phone, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and vendor guides, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation that supports the smooth execution of customer service processes and enhances overall operational efficiency.
Continuously improve processes and suggest initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
Experience with Microsoft suite and a strong understanding of Excel Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes, including knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations, is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
